🍕 Carnivore Bacon Alfredo Pizza
🔸 Ingredients
For the Crust (Cheesy Egg Base):
-
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-
2 oz cream cheese
-
2 eggs
-
Optional: 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (for more firmness)
For the Alfredo Sauce:
-
2 tbsp butter
-
1/4 cup heavy cream
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Optional: pinch of salt
Toppings:
-
4–6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
-
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
-
Extra Parmesan (optional)
🧑🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Crust:
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
In a bowl, microwave mozzarella and cream cheese together for about 1 minute. Stir until melted and combined.
-
Mix in eggs (and Parmesan if using) until a sticky dough forms.
-
Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan into a thin round or rectangle.
-
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and set. Optional: flip and bake 3 more minutes for a crispier base.
2. Make Alfredo Sauce:
-
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
-
Add heavy cream and simmer gently 2–3 minutes.
-
Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and thickened. Set aside.
3. Assemble Pizza:
-
Spread Alfredo sauce over the crust.
-
Top with shredded mozzarella and chopped bacon.
-
Sprinkle with extra Parmesan if desired.
4. Bake Again:
-
Return to oven and bake 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
-
Broil 1–2 minutes at the end for golden top (watch carefully!).
5. Cool & Slice:
-
Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing — the crust firms up as it rests.
🧊 Storage:
-
Keeps well in the fridge 3–4 days. Reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture.
