🍕 Carnivore Sausage Pizza with Pork Panko Crust

Ingredients

Crust:
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 cup pork panko (crushed pork rinds)

  • Optional: pinch of Italian seasoning or garlic powder (if you allow minimal spice)

Toppings:
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (look for no sugar added or make your own with just crushed tomatoes + salt)

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 6 oz cooked sausage (Italian sausage, crumbled or sliced)

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Make the Crust

    • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, eggs, shredded mozzarella, and pork panko until a thick batter forms.

    • Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan into a circle or rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.

    • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and set.

  3. Add Sauce and Toppings

    • Remove the crust from the oven.

    • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on top (about 1/2 cup or less — optional if you’re super strict carnivore).

    • Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and scatter cooked sausage over the top.

    • Add a pinch of Italian seasoning if you’re okay with herbs.

  4. Bake Again

    • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Broil for Crispiness (Optional)

    • Want a little crisp or browning on the top? Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end — just keep an eye on it.

  6. Slice and Devour

    • Let it cool slightly, then slice and enjoy your high-protein, low-carb carnivore-style pizza!

🔁 Optional Swaps

  • Replace mozzarella in the crust with cheddar for a different flavor.

  • Use pepperoni or bacon instead of sausage for topping variety.

  • Want it 100% carnivore? Skip the sauce and seasoning — just cheese and meats!
