  • 1 lb chicken breast or tenders (or ground chicken)

  • 1 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 oz pork rind crumbs (can crush your own or use store-bought)

  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese


🔪 Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 400°F (200°C).
    Alternatively, you can air fry at 375°F (190°C) for extra crispiness.

  2. Prepare Chicken

    • If using whole chicken breast/tenders, pulse in a food processor until ground.

    • If using ground chicken, move to next step.

  3. Mix the Meat Base
    In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and sea salt. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated. You can use clean hands or a spoon.

  4. Form Nuggets
