🐟 Carnivore Smoked Salmon Dip
Ingredients:

4 oz smoked salmon (cold-smoked or hot-smoked both work)

8 oz cream cheese (room temp)

2 tbsp sour cream or full-fat Greek yogurt (optional if you’re including dairy)

1 tbsp butter or tallow (adds richness)

1 tsp lemon juice (optional – skip if super strict carnivore)

1/2 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)

1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)

1–2 tsp horseradish or Dijon (optional for a kick)
🔪 Instructions:

Chop or shred the smoked salmon into small pieces (leave chunky if you like texture).

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, butter/tallow, and sour cream (if using) until smooth.

Fold in the salmon and seasonings. Mix until well-combined. Adjust salt to taste.

Chill for 20–30 min to let flavors meld—or eat it immediately, we don’t judge.

Top with more salmon or crumbled bacon if you’re feeling extra.
