🐟 Carnivore Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz smoked salmon (cold-smoked or hot-smoked both work)

  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temp)

  • 2 tbsp sour cream or full-fat Greek yogurt (optional if you’re including dairy)

  • 1 tbsp butter or tallow (adds richness)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional – skip if super strict carnivore)

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)

  • 1–2 tsp horseradish or Dijon (optional for a kick)


🔪 Instructions:

  1. Chop or shred the smoked salmon into small pieces (leave chunky if you like texture).

  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, butter/tallow, and sour cream (if using) until smooth.

  3. Fold in the salmon and seasonings. Mix until well-combined. Adjust salt to taste.

  4. Chill for 20–30 min to let flavors meld—or eat it immediately, we don’t judge.

  5. Top with more salmon or crumbled bacon if you’re feeling extra.
