🥓 Carnivore Breakfast Muffins

Zero carb | High protein | Keto-friendly

🧾 Ingredients (Makes ~12 muffins):

  • 1 lb ground beef (or pork, turkey, or sausage)

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any hard cheese – optional if you’re strict carnivore)

  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional add-ins:

    • Beef liver (finely chopped, for added nutrients)

    • Bone marrow or tallow (for extra fat)

    • Diced cooked steak or leftover meats

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with tallow, butter, or bacon grease.

  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed (save it for cooking later!).

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Add cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and any other add-ins. Mix everything together.

  4. Spoon mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups, filling them almost to the top.

  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the tops are golden and muffins are set.

  6. Cool slightly before removing from the tin. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for later.

🔁 Serving Ideas:

  • Reheat in a toaster oven or skillet.

  • Top with a fried egg or a pat of butter.

  • Serve alongside bone broth for a full carnivore breakfast.
