🥩 Zero-Carb Carnivore Burger Buns

🔥 Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or any melty cheese like provolone or cheddar)

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, helps with texture)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (optional, helps fluffiness – skip if you’re strict carnivore)

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

  • Optional add-ins: bacon bits, bone broth powder, or ground pork rinds for texture

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat.

  2. In a bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together (microwave 30–60 seconds or gently on the stovetop), and stir until smooth.

  3. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time, until fully combined.

  4. Add baking powder and salt if using. Stir until smooth.

  5. Let the mixture sit for 3–5 minutes to thicken slightly.

  6. Scoop into bun shapes (like hamburger bun size) on the tray. You can use silicone egg rings if you want perfect circles.

  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.

  8. Let them cool a bit before slicing and using as buns.

🍔 Pro Tips:

  • Want a fluffier texture? Separate the eggs, whip the whites until stiff peaks, then fold them in at the end.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze them.

  • These also make great mini sandwich buns, toast bases, or just cheesy eggy snacks.

Want a version with just meat and eggs—no cheese at all? I’ve got one too. Want that?
