🧀🥩 Carnivore Crustless Ham & Cheese Quiche

Zero carb | Easy | Meal-prep friendly

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced ham (cooked, sugar-free)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or Gruyère = classic)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain, unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp butter or bacon grease, melted (optional but tasty)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste (optional depending on how salty your ham is)

🔄 Strict carnivore? Use only eggs, ham, and cheese. You can skip the cream or replace it with more eggs or a bit of beef tallow for added fat.

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish or small casserole dish with butter, tallow, or bacon grease.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.
  3. Mix in the heavy cream or yogurt, then stir in ham, shredded cheese, and butter or fat if using.
  4. Pour into your greased dish, smoothing the top. Sprinkle a little extra cheese on top if you like a golden crust.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set (a knife should come out clean).
  6. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. It firms up a bit as it rests.

🧊 Storage:

  • Fridge: Keeps well for 4–5 days
  • Freezer: Wrap slices and freeze for quick meals

🍽️ Carnivore Tips:

  • Want a smoky flavor? Use smoked ham or bacon bits.
  • Add a few spoonfuls of bone marrow or beef tallow into the egg mix for extra richness.
  • Swap ham with cooked sausage, leftover steak, or even shredded chicken thighs.
