Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it inside and heat for 30 minutes.

Stretch the dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface. Transfer to parchment if not using a stone.

3.
Drizzle olive oil over the dough and spread evenly.

4.
Sprinkle mozzarella, then add dollops of ricotta.

5.
Add parmesan, followed by shallots and lemon slices.

6.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

7.
Bake for 10–14 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

8.
Remove from oven, top with fresh basil, slice & serve immediately!
