- Bacon Cheeseburger Soup6 slices bacon
1 lb chopped meat
8 oz bone broth
16 oz heavy cream
Shredded cheddar cheeseCook bacon. Reserve some fat. Set bacon aside to cool. Cook chopped meat in bacon fat. When cooked, add broth. Cook 10 minutes. Add cream, cook 10 minutes. Season with salt, garlic and onion powder. Serve in bowl with cheddar cheese and bacon on top.
