🍕🧁 Carnivore Pizza Muffins
Zero carb | High protein | Pizza flavor without the junk
🧾 Ingredients (Makes 10–12 muffins):

6 large eggs

1 cup shredded mozzarella (or any cheese you like—cheddar, provolone, etc.)

1/2 cup diced pepperoni or cooked sausage (no sugar or fillers)

1/2 cup ground beef or pork, cooked & seasoned

2 tbsp bacon grease, butter, or tallow (optional but adds fat & flavor)

1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional, but minimal carb impact – skip for strict carnivore)

Pinch of salt, depending on how salty your meats are
🔄 Strict carnivore: Skip the seasoning. Use only meat, cheese, eggs, and animal fats.
👨🍳 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with tallow, bacon grease, or butter.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until fluffy.

Stir in cheese, cooked meat, and pepperoni. Add the melted fat and any optional seasonings.

Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cups, filling nearly to the top.

Top with extra cheese or pepperoni slices if you want that classic pizza look.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, until muffins are golden, puffed, and firm in the center.
