Ultimate Dirty-Carnivore-Crack Burgers
🕒 Prep Time: 5 min
🔥 Cook Time: 7 min
⏱️ Total Time: 12 min
🍽️ Servings: 4 burgers
Ingredients:
-
1 lb ground chuck (80/20 fat ratio for juicy burgers)
-
3 tbsp sour cream (adds richness and tang)
-
2 tbsp dirty carnivore ranch dressing
-
(If you need a homemade version, I can include that too)
-
-
¼ cup crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
-
Mix It All Up:
In a large bowl, combine:-
1 lb ground chuck
-
3 tbsp sour cream
-
2 tbsp ranch dressing
-
¼ cup bacon crumbles
-
1 cup shredded cheddar
Use your hands (yep, it’s messy) to mix until everything is just combined. Don’t overwork it!
-
-
Shape into Patties:
Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts. Shape into thick, hearty burger patties. -
Cook ‘Em:
-
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
-
Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
-
(Optional: Add more shredded cheese on top while cooking for that melt-down-the-sides effect.)
-
-
Serve Dirty:
-
Eat as-is (carnivore-style), or serve on a low-carb bun, over eggs, or next to a dollop of more ranch.
-
No veggies allowed—unless you want to break the dirty carnivore code.
-
Pro Tip:
Let the patties rest for a couple of minutes after cooking so the juices redistribute. Want it dirtier? Drizzle with melted butter or more bacon fat before serving.
