🧈🥶 Carnivore Brown Butter Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter (preferably grass-fed like Kerrygold)

  • Optional additions:

    • 1–2 tbsp beef tallow or bacon fat (for extra richness)

    • Pinch of salt (if using unsalted butter)

    • Dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract (omit for strict carnivore)

🔥 Instructions:

1. Make the Brown Butter:

  • In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter.

  • Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the butter starts to foam and turns golden brown with a nutty aroma (about 5–7 minutes).

  • Watch carefully — once the milk solids brown, remove from heat to avoid burning.

2. (Optional) Add Fats or Flavor:

  • Stir in beef tallow or bacon fat while still hot if using.

  • Add salt if needed.

3. Pour Into Molds:

  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds, mini muffin tins, or ice cube trays.

  • Let cool for 5–10 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate or freeze until solid.

4. Chill & Store:

  • Once firm, pop out the bites and store in an airtight container in the fridge (for softer bites) or freezer (for firm fat bombs).

❄️ Serving Tips:

  • Enjoy straight from the fridge/freezer.

  • Use as a quick fat snack, after meals, or with coffee if you tolerate it.
