Ingredients:

  • ½ pound ground beef 🥩
  • ½ pound ground beef heart 💖
  • ½ pound ground beef liver 🧑‍🍳
  • Tallow, butter, ghee, or other cooking fat 🧈
  • 3 eggs 🥚
  • Salt 🧂 (to taste)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the Meat:
    Lightly brown the meat (beef, heart, and liver) in fat over medium heat in a skillet.
  • Mix Ingredients:
    Combine the browned meat with the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  • Prepare the Pie:
    Pour the mixture evenly into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake the Pie:
    Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the eggs are set.
  • Cool and Serve:
    Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm, or enjoy leftovers cold!
