Organ Meat Pie 

A hearty and nutritious meat pie made with ground beef, liver, and heart. A simple and satisfying meal that’s packed with vital nutrients!
Ingredients:

½ pound ground beef

½ pound ground beef heart

½ pound ground beef liver
-
Tallow, butter, ghee, or other cooking fat

3 eggs

Salt
(to taste)
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Meat:
Lightly brown the meat (beef, heart, and liver) in fat over medium heat in a skillet.

Mix Ingredients:
Combine the browned meat with the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add salt to taste and mix well.

Prepare the Pie:
Pour the mixture evenly into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.

Bake the Pie:
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the eggs are set.
