Carnivore Pizza Recipe (Cheese Crust)

Carnivore Pizza Recipe (Cheese Crust)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, depending on your strictness on carnivore)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional, or you can skip for strict carnivore)
  • 2-3 tablespoons cooked ground beef, sausage, or bacon (or a combo for toppings)
  • 2-3 slices pepperoni or other preferred meats (optional)
  • Parchment paper
  • Cooking spray (like Pam)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray to avoid sticking.
  3. Mix the cheese and egg: In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, and the egg. Stir until fully combined. This will form the base of your crust.
  4. Season: Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning (if using), mixing them in well. This step can be skipped for strict carnivore.
  5. Spread the mixture: Carefully spread the cheesy mixture onto the baking sheet, forming a round or rectangular crust shape (similar to the cheesy bread recipe).
  6. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is firm.
  7. Prepare your toppings: While the crust is baking, cook any meats you’d like to use for toppings (ground beef, sausage, bacon, pepperoni, etc.).
  8. Add your toppings: Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven. Add your choice of carnivore toppings (meat only—no veggies or non-carnivore ingredients).
  9. Broil for a minute: If you’d like to crisp up the top, turn on the broiler for 1 minute to melt and crisp the toppings.
  10. Serve and enjoy! Slice it up, and you’ve got a hearty carnivore-friendly pizza!

Topping Ideas:

  • Ground beef, sausage, or bacon crumbles
  • Pepperoni or any other deli meats (salami, ham, etc.)
  • Shredded chicken or pork belly
  • Beef or pork jerky pieces (for a little extra chew!)

This recipe sticks to the carnivore theme while still delivering that cheesy, pizza-like experience. Let me know how it turns out!
