✅ 2 large chicken breasts, cut into chunks
✅ 1 cup cherry tomatoes
✅ 1 medium zucchini, sliced
✅ ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
✅ 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
✅ 2 tbsp olive oil
✅ 3 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 1 tbsp honey
✅ 1 tsp dried basil
✅ 1 tsp dried oregano
✅ ½ tsp salt

1️⃣ Prepare the Marinade
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken chunks and let them marinate for 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
2️⃣ Roast the Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, spread the marinated chicken, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
3️⃣ Add Cheese & Finish Baking
