Golden chicken and earthy mushrooms coated in a rich, peppery glaze—bold, savory, and glossy in every bite!
Ingredients 

1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1½ cups mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp cornstarch (for dredging)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp oil (for searing)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce (for color)
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (adjust to taste)
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water
