Carnivore Air Fryer Salmon Nuggets
Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) fresh salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into bite-sized nuggets

1 large egg

1 cup crushed pork rinds (for breading)

1/2 tsp salt (optional)

1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)

1/2 tsp garlic powder or smoked paprika (optional, if you tolerate spices)

Cooking spray or a little animal fat for the air fryer basket
Instructions:

Prep salmon nuggets:
Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towels. -
Prepare breading:
In a bowl, whisk the egg.
In another bowl, mix crushed pork rinds, salt, pepper, and optional spices. -
Coat the nuggets:
Dip each salmon nugget into the egg, then coat thoroughly with the pork rind mixture. -
Preheat air fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes. -
Cook nuggets:
Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or a bit of animal fat.
Place salmon nuggets in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy on the outside and cooked through inside. -
