🥩 Carnivore Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
Ingredients:

6–8 slices bacon, chopped

1 lb ground beef (80/20 is ideal for fat content)

1 cup beef bone broth (or water, if preferred)

1 cup heavy cream
-
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar + mozzarella)

4 oz cream cheese (cubed, optional for creamier texture)

1 tbsp butter or beef tallow (optional for extra fat)

Salt to taste
🔥 Optional add-ins for flavor (carnivore-friendly):

Dash of garlic or onion powder (omit for strict carnivore)

Crumbled cooked egg or egg yolks stirred in

Dash of mustard (for dirty carnivore diets)
👨🍳 Instructions:

Cook bacon:
In a large pot or skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. Leave a little fat in the pot. -
Brown ground beef:
In the bacon fat, cook ground beef until fully browned. Season with salt. If desired, add a spoon of butter or tallow for extra richness. -
Add broth & simmer:
Add bone broth to the pot and bring to a low simmer. Let it reduce slightly for 5–10 minutes. -
Add cream & cheese:
Stir in heavy cream, shredded cheese, and cream cheese. Keep heat low and stir frequently until everything is melted and smooth. -
Mix in bacon:
Stir in most of the crispy bacon pieces. Taste and adjust seasoning.
🍽️ To Serve:
Serve hot, topped with reserved bacon. Great on its own or alongside:

A side of seared liver or other organ meats for a nutrient boost
