Carnivore Beef Muffins Recipe

INGREDIENTS
▢ 6 oz Ground Beef
▢ 2 oz Cream Cheese room temperature – I recommend this cream cheese (amazon link)
▢ 2 slices Bacon diced
▢ 2 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
▢ Steak Seasoning
▢ Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 300°F. Season the bottom of two muffin tin cups with steak seasoning. Press about 3 oz of ground beef into each cup, forming a “beef receptacle”. Season the top of the beef.
Place the muffin tin on a sheet tray and bake for about 20 minutes. While baking, prepare the fillings.
For the cream cheese filling: Mix the cream cheese with half of the shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl until well combined.
For the bacon-cheese filling: Cook diced bacon in a pan over medium-high heat until crispy. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly. Mix the cooked bacon with half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Remove beef cups from the oven and drain excess grease. Fill one beef cup with the cream cheese mixture and one with the bacon-cheese mixture. You can also sprinkle additional cheese on top and return to the oven for 1-2 minutes to melt. Serve and enjoy!
