Carnivore Beef Patties Recipe~~

Servings: 4 | ⏱️ Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 8–10 min

Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 for more fat and flavor)
1 tsp salt (Redmond Real Salt or sea salt recommended)
Optional:
1/2 tsp black pepper (omit for strict carnivore)
1/2 tsp garlic powder or onion powder (optional, not strict carnivore)
1 egg yolk (for added richness)
1 tbsp butter, beef tallow, or ghee for cooking

Instructions:

1. Mix:
In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and any optional seasonings or egg yolk if using. Mix gently — don’t overwork the meat.
2. Shape Patties:
Form into 3–4 equal-sized patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Press a slight indent in the center to help them cook evenly.
3. Cook:
Skillet:
Heat butter or tallow in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
Let rest a couple of minutes before serving.

Grill or Air Fryer:

Grill over medium-high heat, or air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serving Ideas (Still Carnivore):
Top with a pat of butter, runny egg, or slice of cheese
Serve with bacon, bone broth, or liver pâté on the side
Use them for bunless burgers or carnivore meal prep bowls.~~
