-
-
Prepare the Bread Mixture:
-
In a large food processor or mixing bowl, blend 12 eggs, 1.5 cups cottage cheese, and 2 cups of pork panko. If you’re using a food processor, blend until the mixture is smooth and well-combined. If using a bowl and whisk, stir until the ingredients are well-incorporated.

Add 1/2 cup melted salted butter to the mixture and blend again until fully mixed.
-
-
Prepare the Loaf Pan:
-
Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
-
-
Bake:
-
Bake the bread at 375°F for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
-
-
Cool:
-
Let the bread cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing to ensure it holds its shape.
-
-
Slice and Toast:
-
Slice into 22 (1/2-inch) slices. If you prefer crispy toast, air fry the slices at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. This will give them a lovely crunch!

-
-
Prepare the Loaf Pan:
-
Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it with tallow to prevent sticking. Pour the bread mixture into the prepared pan.
-

-
-
Cool:
-
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing to make sure it sets properly.
-
-
Slice and Toast:
-
Slice into 22 (1/2-inch) slices. For extra crunch, you can air fry the slices at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
-
Tips for Both Versions:
-
Storage: Store the bread in an airtight container or wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. It can be stored at room temperature for 3-4 days or in the fridge for up to a week.
-
Freezing: You can also freeze the slices to preserve them. Just toast them from frozen when you’re ready to eat!
-
Air Frying for Extra Crisp: Air frying the slices after baking adds a delicious crispy texture, mimicking the “toasted” bread we all love. Flip them halfway for even crispiness!
Enjoy your homemade carnivore bread – whether you stick to the dairy-filled version or go dairy-free, both are perfect for your low-carb, high-fat lifestyle!
