🧀 Carnivore Breakfast Sandwich (No Bread – 100% Animal-Based)
✅ Ingredients:

2 large eggs 
- 
2 slices of cheddar (or American, mozzarella, provolone — your choice) 
- 
2 sausage patties (or shape from ~1/4 lb ground sausage) 
- 
2 slices bacon 
- 
Butter or tallow for frying 
🔥 Optional Add-Ons (Still Carnivore):

Extra egg for more bulk 
- 
A slice of cooked steak or ham 
- 
Dollop of whipped cream cheese 
- 
Sprinkle of parmesan 
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Make the Sausage “Buns”
- 
Form sausage into two flat, wide patties (about the size of a bun). 
- 
Cook in a skillet over medium heat for ~3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Set aside. 
2. Fry the Bacon
- 
Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towel. Keep the fat in the pan. 
3. Make the Egg “Middle”
- 
In the same pan, crack 2 eggs and fry them to your preference (over-easy, over-hard, or scrambled into a thick patty). 
- 
If desired, shape them using a ring mold to be sandwich-sized. 
4. Assemble Your Sandwich
- 
Start with one sausage patty as the bottom “bun.” 
- 
Add one slice of cheese (let it melt on the hot sausage). 
- 
Layer the fried egg, then the bacon. 
- 
Add another slice of cheese, then top with the second sausage patty. 
5. Melt & Press (Optional)
- 
Return the assembled sandwich to the skillet briefly and press with a spatula for 30 seconds to melt the cheese fully and fuse it all together.
