2–3 tbsp cooked pork (chopped small — like pork belly, pulled pork, or bacon)
For the Burger:
-
1 pre-cooked burger patty (beef, pork, or a mix)
-
Optional: slice of cheese, fried egg, or more chopped pork inside
🧑🍳 Instructions
Step 1: Make the Chaffles
-
Preheat a mini waffle maker (e.g., Dash Mini Waffle Maker).
-
In a small bowl, whisk the egg.
-
Stir in shredded mozzarella and chopped pork.
-
Spray the waffle maker with beef tallow or bacon grease (optional).
-
Pour half the mixture into the waffle maker and close the lid.
-
Cook for about 3–4 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Repeat for the second chaffle.
✅ Tip: Let them cool on a rack to crisp up more.
Step 2: Cook or Reheat the Burger Patty
-
Reheat your pre-cooked patty in a skillet or microwave until hot.
-
If desired, melt a slice of cheese or top with a fried egg for extra protein and fat.
Step 3: Assemble the Burger
-
Place one chaffle down as the bottom “bun”.
-
Add the burger patty.
-
Top with cheese, egg, or more pork if desired.
-
Place the second chaffle on top.
