Ingredients:

1 large egg
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 tbsp pork rinds (crushed, optional for texture)
½ tsp Redmond’s salt

½ lb ground beef (80/20 for more fat)
1 tbsp butter or beef tallow
Salt to taste
Optional Toppings: bacon, cheese, egg, or butter
Instructions:
Preheat waffle maker and grease lightly with butter or tallow.
In a bowl, whisk the egg, cheese, salt, and pork rinds until combined.
Pour the mixture into the waffle maker and cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
While the chaffles cook, shape the ground beef into a patty and season with salt.
Cook the patty in a cast iron skillet with butter until done to your liking.
Assemble the burger with two chaffles as buns, add butter or cheese if desired.
