🍕 Carnivore Cheese Crust Pizza

Made with nothing but cheese, eggs, and meat. Crispy, rich, and fully satisfying.

🧾 Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or a blend of mozzarella + cheddar)

  • 2 oz cream cheese (optional for softness)

  • 1 large egg

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Toppings (choose any):

  • More shredded mozzarella

  • Pepperoni, cooked bacon, sausage crumbles

  • Ground beef or steak strips

  • A sprinkle of Parmesan (optional)

Optional (not strict carnivore): sugar-free marinara or tomato paste sparingly, or a thin smear of cream cheese as a “base”

🔥 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

  • Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.

2. Make the Crust:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together (30 seconds at a time until smooth).

  • Stir in the egg and mix well until combined — it’ll look like thick dough.

  • Spread the cheese “dough” into a round crust shape on the parchment-lined tray (about ¼ inch thick).

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and starting to crisp.

3. Add Toppings:

  • Remove the crust from the oven.

  • Top with more cheese, your meat toppings, and optional Parmesan.

  • Return to the oven and bake another 5–7 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.

4. Optional Broil:

  • For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes — but watch closely to prevent burning.

5. Rest & Serve:

  • Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. This helps it firm up.

🧊 Storage & Reheat:

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.

  • Reheat in a skillet or oven — it gets crispy again!

🔁 Variations:

  • Add an extra egg for a fluffier crust.

  • Use only mozzarella for a more neutral taste or mix in sharp cheddar for more bite.

  • Make it into mini pizzas or pizza “bites” by shaping into small rounds before baking.
