🥩 Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or pork (or 50/50 blend)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

1 egg

1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Optional: 1 tbsp grated Parmesan for extra flavor and crispness

Preheat Oven: 400°F (200°C)

Mix: In a bowl, combine ground meat, shredded cheese, egg, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.

Form Meatballs: Roll into 1.5-inch balls (makes about 16–18 meatballs).

Bake: Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a crispy cheese top.
