🥓🍗 Carnivore Chicken & Bacon Casserole
A hearty, high-fat, high-protein dish perfect for a carnivore or keto diet. Great for meal prep and reheats beautifully.
📋 Ingredients (Serves 4)

2½ to 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed (rotisserie or leftover works great)

6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)

½ cup cream cheese, softened
-
½ cup heavy cream
-
½ tsp salt (optional, depending on bacon)
-
½ tsp garlic powder (optional if not strict carnivore)

Optional garnish: more shredded cheese or bacon on top
🔧 Instructions

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). -
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and chop. Reserve a tablespoon of bacon fat if desired. -
Mix the Sauce
In a mixing bowl, whisk together:-
Cream cheese

Heavy cream

Salt (and garlic powder if using)
Mix until smooth and creamy.

Combine Ingredients
Add to the bowl:-
Cooked chicken

Chopped bacon (save some for topping)

Shredded cheese
Stir everything together until well combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish
Spoon the mixture into a greased 8×8″ casserole dish (or similar size). Sprinkle with extra cheese and bacon if desired. -
Bake
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly. For a golden top, broil the last 2–3 minutes. -
Cool Slightly & Serve
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the sauce to thicken.
