Carnivore Chicken Bread
Ingredients:
-
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
-
4 large eggs
-
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional, if you include dairy)
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
-
Butter or animal fat for greasing the pan
Instructions:
-
Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or small baking dish with butter or animal fat. -
Mix ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs well. Add shredded chicken, cheese (if using), salt, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly until combined. -
Bake:
Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the loaf is set and golden on top. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean. -
Cool and slice:
Let cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan. Slice and serve as a bread substitute or base for toppings.
Tips:
-
Use finely shredded chicken so the bread holds together well.
-
For extra moisture, add a tablespoon of heavy cream or cream cheese if you tolerate dairy.
-
This “bread” is dense and filling — perfect for sandwiches, open-faced bites, or snack slices.
