🧡🥖 Carnivore Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Soft, flexible, high-protein, and shockingly satisfying. Use it as a wrap, dipper, or mini pizza base. 100% animal-based.

🍽 Servings: 2–3 flatbreads

⏱ Time: 5 min prep | 15–20 min bake

🧂 Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (120g) full-fat cottage cheese

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan or shredded mozzarella (optional but helps bind & brown)

  • 1 tsp gelatin powder (optional — gives a slight “chewy” texture)

  • Pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat.

  2. Blend cottage cheese and eggs together until smooth (use a hand blender or regular blender).

  3. Stir in cheese, gelatin (if using), and salt.

  4. Spoon mixture onto the baking sheet into 2–3 circles or ovals. Spread out with a spoon to about ¼-inch thick.

  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden at the edges and firm in the center.

  6. Let cool slightly — they firm up more as they sit.

🔥 Optional Finishing Touches:

  • Pan-sear in butter or tallow after baking for a crispier outside.

  • Top with shredded meat, cheese, or even a fried egg for a mini carnivore meal.

  • Store extras in the fridge and reheat in a pan or toaster oven.
