🥩 Carnivore Cottage Cheese Wrap (Zero Carb)

Yields: 2 wraps
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cottage cheese (full-fat, no additives if strict carnivore)

  • 2 large eggs

  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella (optional, adds structure)

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

  • Butter or ghee for greasing the pan

🔥 Optional Add-ins (still carnivore-friendly):

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan

  • Dash of gelatin powder (for extra elasticity)

  • Sprinkle of pork rinds (for texture)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Batter:
In a blender or food processor, combine:

    • ½ cup cottage cheese

    • 2 eggs

    • (Optional) ¼ cup mozzarella
      Blend until smooth—about 20–30 seconds.

  2. Preheat the Pan:
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter, ghee, or beef tallow.

  3. Cook the Wraps:
Pour half of the batter into the pan and swirl it into a thin, crepe-like circle.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is set and edges lift easily.
Flip carefully and cook another 1–2 minutes.

  4. Cool & Fill:
Let cool slightly. The wrap will firm up as it cools. Fill with meat, eggs, or just roll it up and snack as-is.
