Carnivore Deep Dish Pizza
Crust made from ground meat and eggs, layered with cheese, meats, and optionally topped with egg yolk sauce or cheesy drizzle.
🍕 Ingredients (Serves 2–4):
For the Crust:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 or fattier)

2 eggs

½ cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning (omit for strict carnivore)
For the Filling:

1 cup shredded mozzarella

½ cup ricotta or softened cream cheese (optional, for creamy center)

½ cup cooked sausage, bacon, or pepperoni (or combo)

¼ cup grated parmesan

Optional: 2 egg yolks (for drizzle or richness)
Optional Carnivore “Sauce”:

2 tablespoons browned butter or bacon grease

1 tbsp liver pâté or a soft yolk

Whisk together to mimic a savory drizzle

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 6- to 8-inch deep dish pie pan, cake pan, or cast iron skillet.
2. Make the crust:

In a bowl, mix:

Ground beef

Eggs
-
Cheese
-
Salt
-
(Optional seasonings)

Press mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of your dish to form a deep crust.
3. Par-bake the crust:

Bake crust for 15 minutes, then carefully drain off excess fat.

Pat dry if needed to prevent soggy bottom.
4. Assemble the deep dish layers:

Start layering:

Bottom: shredded mozzarella

Middle: ricotta or cream cheese dollops (optional)

Top: sausage, bacon, or pepperoni

Sprinkle with more cheese (mozzarella or parmesan)

5. Bake again:

Return to oven and bake for 15–20 more minutes, until cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
6. Optional Final Touch:

Drizzle with carnivore “sauce” (brown butter + yolk mix or just melted tallow) before serving.
