Carnivore Fat Bomb Fluffy Egg & Cheese Muffins 

These fluffy, cheesy muffins are perfect for a quick breakfast or snack, and they only require three ingredients!
Ingredients:

6 large eggs

1/2 cup raw cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions:

Preheat your oven: Set it to 350°F (175°C).

Whisk the eggs: In a bowl, beat the eggs and add sea salt.

Add the cheese: Stir in the raw cheese until well combined.

Fill the muffin tin: Pour the egg and cheese mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each muffin cup about 3/4 full.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes, or until the muffins are puffed up and golden on top.

Serve: Let them cool slightly before removing them from the tin. Enjoy them warm!
Optional Ideas: Add a sprinkle of bacon crumbles or chives for extra flavor!
