Carnivore Fat Stack Recipe
Ingredients:
-
2–3 slices of bacon (preferably thick-cut, pasture-raised)
-
2 eggs (pastured, ideally)
-
2 oz beef tallow, butter, or duck fat
-
2 oz ground beef or steak slices
-
1 oz cheese (optional — only if your carnivore style allows dairy)
-
1 tbsp bone marrow or liver pâté (optional nutrient boost)
-
Salt (Redmond Real Salt or Himalayan is great)
-
Optional extras:
-
Pork rinds (as a crunchy “bun”)
-
Sliced hard-boiled egg
-
Crispy chicken skin
-
Instructions:
-
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside.
-
In the same pan, add beef fat or butter.
-
Fry eggs to your preferred doneness (over easy or sunny side up works well).
-
Sear the beef (or reheat leftover steak) in the fat until browned.
-
(Optional) Melt cheese over the hot meat if using dairy.
-
Layer: Start with bacon, then beef, eggs, cheese, and any extras.
-
Top with bone marrow or liver pâté if using.
-
Sprinkle with salt to taste.
