Carnivore Feast Chaffle Sandwich
Ingredients:
For the Chaffles:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or provolone—whatever you prefer)
- Optional: pinch of salt, garlic powder, or seasoning of choice (but keep it simple for the carnivore vibe!)
For the Filling:
- 2 slices of salami
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of pepperoni
- 2 slices of provolone cheese
- Optional: cooked bacon (as much as you like) or bacon grease to cook everything in!
Instructions:
- Make the Chaffles:
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and shredded cheese. If you’re adding seasonings, mix them in now.
- Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the waffle maker, spreading it out evenly.
- Close the waffle maker and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Repeat for a second chaffle.
- Prepare the Filling:
- If you’re using bacon, cook it to your preferred crispness.
- Layer your deli meats: salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese on one of the chaffles.
- Assemble the Sandwich:
- Place the other chaffle on top of the layered meats and cheese.
- Optional: If you’ve cooked bacon, you can place a few strips inside the sandwich or cook everything in bacon grease for added flavor!
