Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails
- 10-12 scallops (fresh or thawed if frozen)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

- If you’re using lobster tails, carefully cut through the top of the shell with kitchen shears, and pull the meat out so it rests on top of the shell.
- Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel.

- In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
- Add the lobster tails to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Remove the lobster from the pan and set aside.

- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tbsp of butter.
- Once melted, add the scallops and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until they’re golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Be careful not to overcook them!

Combine and Serve:
- Once both the lobster and scallops are cooked, return them to the skillet together to heat through for a minute.
- If you’re using garlic powder, sprinkle it over the seafood, and stir gently to coat everything in the butter. Add salt to taste.
- Serve immediately, with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice if you’re not following a strict carnivore approach.
