Carnivore Lasagna
Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork (optional for extra flavor)
  • 1 tsp Redmond’s salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta or cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brown the ground beef and pork in a pan, seasoning with salt and garlic powder. Drain excess grease.
  • In a bowl, mix ricotta (or cream cheese) with eggs and heavy cream to create a creamy layer.
  • In a baking dish, layer half the meat, then half the ricotta mixture, followed by a generous sprinkle of mozzarella.
  • Repeat the layers, finishing with Parmesan on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
