Cook the meat: In a skillet, cook ground beef and pork/sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.

Mix batter: In a large bowl, combine eggs, mozzarella, parmesan, cream cheese, cooked meat, chopped pepperoni, and seasonings. Mix until fully combined.
