Carnivore Pizza Recipe

This Carnivore Pizza is a delicious, meat-filled creation with a cheesy, savory crust that’s perfect for anyone on a carnivore diet. Instead of using traditional dough, we use ground beef as the “crust” and load it up with meats, cheese, and other carnivore-friendly ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for richness)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (full-fat, preferably whole-milk)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for added flavor)
  • 2 large eggs (to bind the crust)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (optional, for a creamy texture in the crust)
  • 1 tbsp beef tallow or butter (for greasing the pan)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional, for flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional, for flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 lb cooked bacon (or more, chopped)
  • 1/2 lb cooked sausage (crumbled)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet or pizza pan with beef tallow or butter.
  2. Prepare the “Crust”:
    • In a bowl, combine the ground beef, 2 large eggs, cream cheese (if using), 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
    • Spread the meat mixture evenly on the prepared pan, forming a pizza “crust.” Make sure it’s about 1/4 inch thick, pressing it down with your hands or a spatula.
  3. Bake the Crust:
    • Place the crust in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until it’s fully cooked through and starts to brown on the edges.
  4. Top with Meat and Cheese:
    • Remove the crust from the oven. Top it with the shredded mozzarella cheese, cooked bacon, crumbled sausage, and additional shredded cheddar cheese.
    • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Finish and Serve:
    • Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
    • Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme if desired, and serve immediately.

Tips:

  • Feel free to customize the pizza with other meats such as pepperoni, salami, or ground lamb.
  • For a richer crust, you can add a bit more cream cheese or cheddar cheese into the beef mixture before baking.

This Carnivore Pizza is a perfect indulgent meal with all the flavors of traditional pizza, but without the carbs. It’s rich, cheesy, and packed with delicious meats that will leave you satisfied! Enjoy!
