Carnivore Pizza Recipe
For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- 1 large egg, whisked
- ¾ cup pork Panko (or regular pork rinds, crushed)
For the Toppings:
- ¼ cup pepperoni slices
- ¼ cup breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled)
- ¼ cup bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- ¼ cup ham (diced)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Instructions:
Making the Crust:

Prepare the cheese mixture:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella, 1 ounce of cream cheese, and 1 large whisked egg. -
Melt the cheese:
Microwave the mixture for 1 ½ minutes, heating for 30 seconds at a time. Stir after each interval until everything is melted and combined into a dough-like consistency. -
Add the pork Panko:
Add ¾ cup of pork Panko (or crushed pork rinds) into the melted cheese mixture and mix well until it forms a dough. -
Form the crust:
Roll the dough into a ball and flatten it into a large circle, about 8-10 inches in diameter, on a piece of parchment paper or greased baking sheet. -
Pre-bake the crust:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the crust in the oven and bake for 10 minutes until it is golden and set.

Once the crust is pre-baked, remove it from the oven and add your toppings in the following order:- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the crust.
- Add the ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
- Layer with the cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage, bacon, ham, and pepperoni slices.

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes at 425°F (220°C), or until the cheese is bubbly and golden, and the meats are sizzling. -
