Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer:
    Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) or preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare the skin:
    If using raw chicken or pork skin, pat it dry thoroughly using paper towels. Moisture is the enemy of crispiness. Cut the skin into small bite-sized pieces, roughly 1-inch squares. They will shrink significantly during cooking.
