🐟🧈 Carnivore Seafood Alfredo

🍽️ Serves: 2–3

🕒 Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 15 min

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)

  • 1/2 lb scallops or crab meat (optional mix)

  • 2 tbsp butter or beef tallow

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream (full-fat, no additives)

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (or aged hard cheese)

  • 1 egg yolk (optional — adds richness)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Optional: white pepper or lemon juice (less strict carnivore)

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Cook the Seafood:

    • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter or tallow.

    • Add shrimp and scallops, cooking 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly browned.

    • Remove seafood and set aside, keeping the juices in the pan.

  2. Make the Alfredo Sauce:

    • In the same pan, reduce heat to low.

    • Add heavy cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, stirring often.

    • Slowly stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

    • Optional: Whisk in an egg yolk for added thickness and richness (temper with a bit of the warm cream first).

    • Season with salt (and optional white pepper or lemon, if tolerated).

  3. Combine & Serve:

    • Return the cooked seafood to the pan and gently stir to coat.

    • Simmer for another 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.

    • Serve hot in a bowl or over carnivore “noodles” like:

      • Sliced cooked egg whites

      • Thin-cut omelet strips

      • Seared halloumi or mozzarella sheets

🔥 Tips:

  • Use only wild-caught seafood for best flavor and purity.

  • Swap shrimp for lobster, crab, or even salmon chunks for variation.

  • Add a spoonful of bone marrow or cream cheese for extra fat.
