Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meat:
    • Slice the beef steak and pork belly (if using) into thin strips or small bite-sized pieces.
    • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter (or beef tallow). Once hot, add the beef and pork belly to the pan. Sear the meat until crispy and browned, about 4–5 minutes, ensuring it’s cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Cook the Eggs:
    • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Crack the eggs directly into the pan, ensuring they stay separate. Reduce the heat to medium-low to allow the eggs to cook gently.
