  • 1 cup beef bone broth (unsalted or low sodium)

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper (optional if you’re strict carnivore)

  • Optional additions (still animal-based):

    • 1–2 tbsp cream cheese (for a thicker sauce)

    • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional for a more keto/carnivore-flex version)

  1. Brown the Ground Beef:

    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add the ground beef and break it up with a spatula.

    • Cook until it’s nicely browned and fully cooked (about 5–7 minutes).

    • Do not drain the fat — it adds flavor and fat content for the carnivore diet.

  2. Add the Bone Broth:

    • Pour in the 1 cup beef bone broth and bring to a simmer.

    • Let it simmer for 5 minutes to reduce slightly and concentrate flavor.

  3. Add Heavy Cream (and Optional Cream Cheese):

    • Stir in the 1/4 cup heavy cream and reduce heat to low.

    • Simmer gently for 5 more minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
