Carnivore Taco Meat Recipe (No Non-Carnivore Ingredients)
Ingredients:
-
1.5 lbs ground beef (preferably fatty)
-
1 packet of carnivore-friendly taco seasoning (or homemade without carbs, like salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, etc.)
-
2–3 tbsp beef tallow or bacon fat (optional, if you want more fat)
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
-
Cook the Meat:
-
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the beef tallow or bacon fat (if using) to the pan.
-
Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up as it cooks. Continue cooking until it’s browned and fully cooked.
-
-
Season the Meat:
-
Stir in your carnivore-friendly taco seasoning (or just use salt, pepper, and garlic powder if you prefer).
-
Cook for a few more minutes, letting the seasoning blend into the meat. You can also add a small splash of beef broth to help the seasoning stick if you want.
-
-
Cool and Store:
-
Let the taco meat cool down and firm up. You can store it in the fridge in containers for future meals.
-
-
Optional Add-ons (Still Carnivore-Friendly):
-
If you want, top your taco meat with shredded cheese, hard cheese (cheddar, parmesan, etc.), or a dollop of sour cream (if you’re okay with dairy) for extra richness.
-
