Carnivore Taco Meat Recipe (No Non-Carnivore Ingredients)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (preferably fatty)

  • 1 packet of carnivore-friendly taco seasoning (or homemade without carbs, like salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, etc.)

  • 2–3 tbsp beef tallow or bacon fat (optional, if you want more fat)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Meat:

    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the beef tallow or bacon fat (if using) to the pan.

    • Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up as it cooks. Continue cooking until it’s browned and fully cooked.

  2. Season the Meat:

    • Stir in your carnivore-friendly taco seasoning (or just use salt, pepper, and garlic powder if you prefer).

    • Cook for a few more minutes, letting the seasoning blend into the meat. You can also add a small splash of beef broth to help the seasoning stick if you want.

  3. Cool and Store:

    • Let the taco meat cool down and firm up. You can store it in the fridge in containers for future meals.

  4. Optional Add-ons (Still Carnivore-Friendly):

    • If you want, top your taco meat with shredded cheese, hard cheese (cheddar, parmesan, etc.), or a dollop of sour cream (if you’re okay with dairy) for extra richness.

This recipe is now strictly carnivore, with no carbs or plant-based ingredients. It’s as simple as you want it to be! Enjoy it cold, hot, or however you like!
