Ingredients

4 large eggs

4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)

2 tbsp butter or ghee (melted, plus extra for greasing)

1/2 tsp baking powder (optional — adds slight rise, skip for strict carnivore)

Pinch of salt (optional)

Optional add-in: 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin (for firmer texture)
Instructions

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a small loaf pan with butter or animal fat. -
Blend Ingredients
In a blender or mixing bowl, combine:-
4 eggs

4 oz cream cheese

2 tbsp melted butter

(Optional: 1/2 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, and/or gelatin)
Blend until completely smooth.

Pour batter into the greased loaf pan.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until firm and golden on top.
A toothpick inserted should come out clean. -
Cool & Slice
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove and let rest on a wire rack or cutting board for another 10.
Slice into toast-sized pieces (usually 4–6 slices depending on your pan size). -
