-
Dash of crumbled crispy bacon
-
1–2 oz shredded cheddar or parmesan

A sprinkle of gelatin powder for extra protein

If not already done, hard-boil your eggs (10 minutes in simmering water), then cool and peel. -

Chopped hard-boiled eggs

Mayonnaise
-
Salt to taste

Customize (Optional):
Add tallow, cheese, or bacon bits if you want a “dirty carnivore” twist. Adjust the fat level based on your preference. -
Chill or Serve:
Eat immediately, or chill for 30 minutes for a more set, cold salad.
Serving Ideas (Carnivore Style):
-
Spoon into halved boiled eggs (like deviled eggs).
-
Top with extra yolks or cheese crisps.
-
Eat it warm with melted fat for a comfort food feel.
