“Carnivore’s Cheesy Melt Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of meat (ground beef, steak, or any meat of your choice)
- 4 slices of bread (you can use your favorite type, like white, whole wheat, or even brioche)
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, provolone, or your preferred cheese)
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or olive oil for grilling
Instructions:

Prepare the Meat:
- Season the meat with salt and pepper. If you’re using ground beef, form it into patties. If you’re using steak, simply season and cook it as a whole piece.
- Cook the meat to your desired level of doneness (grill, pan-fry, or bake). If you’re making patties, cook them on medium heat until they’re well-browned on both sides and fully cooked in the middle.

Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, honey, and milk. Whisk until smooth and well-combined. This will create a creamy, slightly sweet sauce to balance the richness of the cheese and meat.

Assemble the Sandwich:
- Lay out your slices of bread and spread a generous amount of the mayonnaise-honey sauce on each slice.
- Place the cooked meat (patty or steak) on one slice of bread.
- Top with a slice of cheese and sprinkle a bit of shredded mozzarella on top.

Grill the Sandwich:
- Butter the outside of each bread slice and place the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the sandwich for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy and the cheese has melted to gooey perfection.

- Once your sandwich is grilled and the cheese is melted, remove it from the skillet, slice it in half, and serve immediately. You can add extra sauce or even some veggies if you’d like.
