Cheese Shell Tacos Recipe

This crispy cheese shell is the perfect way to enjoy tacos without the carbs! Easy to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
• ½ lb ground beef (or chicken)
• 1 tsp taco seasoning
• ½ cup diced tomatoes
• ¼ cup chopped lettuce
• ¼ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup guacamole (optional)
Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Place small piles (about ½ cup each) of shredded cheese, flattening them into circles.
• Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly and golden.
• Let cool for 1 minute, then drape over a wooden spoon or a rolling pin to form a taco shape. Let set.

• Cook ground beef over medium heat, drain excess fat.
• Stir in taco seasoning and a little water, simmer for 5 minutes.

• Fill the crispy cheese shells with beef, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole.
