Cheesy Keto Bread (Mozzarella-Parmesan Flatbread)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (preferably finely grated)

  • 1 large egg

Note: Use block cheese for best texture and flavor. Avoid pre-shredded cheese with anti-caking agents.


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix Ingredients:
    In a medium bowl, combine the mozzarella, Parmesan, and egg. Mix thoroughly until the mixture forms a uniform, sticky dough.

  3. Shape the Dough:
    Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands or a spatula to flatten it into a rectangle or circle about ¼ inch thick. You can shape it to fit your use: pizza crust, breadsticks, or sandwich squares.

  4. Bake:
    Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are crisp.

  5. Cool Slightly & Slice:
    Allow to cool for a few minutes. Slice into sticks, squares, or wedges depending on how you’d like to use it.
