Note: Use block cheese for best texture and flavor. Avoid pre-shredded cheese with anti-caking agents.

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Mix Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, combine the mozzarella, Parmesan, and egg. Mix thoroughly until the mixture forms a uniform, sticky dough. -
Shape the Dough:
Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands or a spatula to flatten it into a rectangle or circle about ¼ inch thick. You can shape it to fit your use: pizza crust, breadsticks, or sandwich squares. -
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are crisp. -
Cool Slightly & Slice:
