Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips 🍗

Instructions
1. Prep the Chicken & Cabbage
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
- Chop the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- Mince garlic and grate ginger.
2. Make the Stir-Fry Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and cornstarch slurry.
3. Cook the Chicken
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
- Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
4. Stir-Fry the Cabbage
- Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil, then stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Toss in the cabbage and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly softened.
5. Combine & Finish
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan.
- Pour in the stir-fry sauce and mix well.
- Cook for 2 more minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
